And yet again the BT sport app is not working when I am trying to watch a live Premier league game. I am sick and tired of this happening!!!!!

And now not working again. The BT sport app has been problematic since around May 2021. Not happy...

I have had the same issue today and spent 3 hours talking to EE who say it's an app issue. Was told to call BT for which I spent 30 mins on hold for the representative to put me on hold and back to EE. No one has any idea about this code. Someone needs to take this on and sort.

I'm sorry to hear this issue wasn't resolved when you called. Did the person at EE you spoke to advise you of the next steps they'll be taking to fix this for you? Did they have to raise a support ticket?

I'm told they couldn't do anymore as it's a BT app issue. So I said I wanted to make an official complaint as to why i should be paying for something i couldnt receive. EE are selling the product si dhould be seaki g to BT to tesolve it. complaint ref: ID19725558.

Hi Ajw67, the same thing happened with me about 6 months ago. Nothing got sorted, or resolved, from either EE or BT. I want my money back or I will cancel my contracts.

EE used to be the best, but in my opinion, they have gone down hill in the past year. My mobile signal has been terrible since they have rolled out 5G. Calls regularly cut out, despite having a full signal. They are quite frankly **bleep**ing in my pocket and telling me it's raining...

I'm sorry to hear BT Sport is not working for you, I would suggest getting back in touch with our tech gurus on 150 they can get this looked into further for you.

For the signal issues you are experiencing, does the network status checker report any problems in your area?

No one seems to know anything about the code we are experiencing. EE have sent BT a message and I'm awaiting a response. We will see

I have spoken with them in the past and they had no idea about the error code so asked BT to contact me. BT also had no explanation for the code so told me to go back to EE.

Hi Leanne, this happens on the BT app on my phone, and when I try to watch on my laptop. It happens on every live Premier League football game, and every live Champions League game. It also happens on live boxing programmes. It is fine for live streaming of foreign football league games and general programmes. I have paid for 3 months for BT large screen at £10 per month and would like this money refunded, as I have not been able to use this service.

The error code is VC018 and I get this error code on my phone and laptop. Only happens for live Premier League, Champions League and recently live boxing programmes.
