My company is signed with Ee perk, but it is asking company email or ID card, which we bus drivers are not provided with. How else can you prove we work with our company. I have submitted my payslip, which shows the company i work with. Is this ok.

The problem is we bus drivers dont have any compamy email or company ID. I have uploaded my pay slip and was rejected.
im confused and dont know how to register.

Hi @Mowadud,

Did the Perk Team mention why your pay slip wasn't accepted? Did they recommend any other ways to verify your employment other than ID card?

Hi James,

Im having the same issue , I have uploaded a payslip as I don’t have a work photo ID.

I do have a work email however it does not allow external emails would this still be ok ?
