If you click on 'Find out more' where it states you will get free ear buds if you purchase before 16th March It also states "

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

Get Xbox Game Pass Ultimate included at no extra cost when you select a Smart Benefits plan. Worth £10.99 a month."

Do you get the xbox game pass on top of all your swapable benefits? One person at EE said yes but it only becomes active after 14 days while another person said no its only available as one of your benefits.

Yes, you do! The Smart Benefits are just a condition for getting them. If you also look at the Feature page you will see:

Your Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro Graphite will be delivered to your account address within 15-30 days of your purchase, excluding weekends.

And I assume I just sit back and wait now for the Galaxybuds without having to do anything else?

Do you have the Xbox Game Pass showing within your add-ons in your My EE account?

The Buds2 Pro earphones are sent out automatically to qualifying customers 15-30 days after ordering the phone.

Yes I have it showing. I currently have 2 of my add-ons active (apple music + netflix) with one left free. If i choose Xbox gamepass that will use my third one when as stated to XraySpeX the advertising implies that Xbox is given free on top of your swapable benefits/add-ons when I could use that third one for roaming or something else.

You need to choose it as a Smart Benefit to get it included with the plan, @tcr333.
