Adidas vouchers appeared empty

I saw that i had around £300 Adidas vouchers in my rewards section. Went to use them and they were all empty except for 0.45p.

Any explanation as to why i was rewarded to such a paltry £0.45…?

Did you purchase the vouchers via your account or were they part of a promotion for purchasing a new phone?

Not entirely sure, they appeared in my rewards section but when i went to use them they were all empty except for one which had £0.45

It sounds like the vouchers have been added to your account in error.

What would i need to do next? It just takes me to the generic help page?
