Registering for £300 Prepaid card

Hello,

I purchased a PAYM S22+ at the end of October. It came with Samsung Buds, which I claimed and a £300 prepaid card. I am not sure if I registered for the card but haven't received it and am not sure how to check. Can anyone offer any advice or help? Thanks.
