EE PERKS PORTAL ACCESS ISSUE

I have contacted EE twice last week as I cannot access my ER perks portal for my discount code. Does not send password reset to either my personal or work email and have checked junk. Someone from EE were supposed to get in touch with me to resolve this but I have not heard anything yet and now I’m on day 5!!

I need my discount code and am not getting any help!!

Any idea how I can get this resolved…it’s so frustrating!
