Received a text from EE_upgrade last week about a new upgrade, the link in the text took me to the EE stores and I selected what I thought was an upgrade however ended up being a brand new contract on a different number, I called 150 and the operator gave me a website "channel returns" to fill out and since I've been billed twice once of £1.49 and again yesterday for £24.90, getting slightly worried I looked up trust pilot reviews and apparently this website is infact a scam, I'm horrified and disappointed that this has happened and I'm still no further on with this matter and don't know what to do

Best call EE CS on 150 to discuss this issue. There is no account access on these forums.
