Z Flip 4 ear buds offer Dec 22

I received my phone on 16th Dec and have not had my ear buds. I called EE and they said I had to claim through Samsung but they say its an EE offer. Any help gratefully received!

It has been over 30 days including bank holidays and weekends and I have still not received them
