Does anyone else have a £24.99 charge from Sony that can’t be explained by EE. Don’t are useless. Why am I being charged extra in top of the payment of the ps5 itself?

Where are you seeing this charge?

Has it come directly from Sony or is it from EE?

It’s on my bill and when I rang EE they said it was Sony

Is this showing as a one off charge on the bill?

Has any games or extras been purchased and paid for using the EE mobile account?

Hi it’s just showing not sure if it’s a one off, nothings been purchased as there credit on the pa5 account and nothings shown up as that exact amount
