Cannot claim Motorola free gift

I took out a new contract December 2022,on the Motorola Edge 30 Neo 5G.

What swayed me was the free gift of a smart clock with two wireless docking stations, allegedly worth £79.99.

It has been impossible to claim the gift. Every time I clicked the link to make the claim, the link is designed to make it impossible to register the claim.

The time period to make the claim is the 14th of January 2023.

I did get in touch with EE customer service, however they were also not able to to access the link dispensing the free gift. I was merely advised to keep trying.

I felt EE was fobbing me off, making it my problem.

I've been conned with the offer of a free gift that could never be claimed. Surely this is is misrepresentation and a breach of advertisement. I am seriously thinking of taking this to to trading standards.
