Hi I have BT sport as a add on with my EE contract but a locked symbol appeared on my screen when I tried to watch a live game last night ? Don’t understand, any ideas ?

I can usually watch it on my phone and tablet but it wouldn’t let me watch any live action only the highlights after the game

Yes it’s still the same I’ve logged out and then it says I don’t have an account even though it’s my EE add on ?
