Can’t buy ps5

This is very annoying.

Your PS5 Console for £50 a month is there and in stock when I’m not logged in. As soon as I log in after selecting it, I’m directed to a page with the heading, ‘what would you like do?’ Aaaaahhhhhhhgggggg.

I search for the PS5 and all that is listed is it’s game and a few accessories. No PS5 what so ever.

Ive cleared my cookies and cache. I’ve restarted my phone. I’ve used someone else’s phone and no it’s not listed.

I have £188 in credit on my account, never missed a payment.

So why is this happening?

@david19913601 : Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.

I infer from your mention of credit on your a/c that you are on PAYG. That makes you ineligible to buy it.

No, I’m definitely on a contract. I pay my bills very early so I don’t have to worry about my credit, late payments etc. Never missed a single payment and I paid £188 onto my account.

I did get further than my last post but still no luck.

I log in, search ps5, click on the link saying how to buy a ps5, click where it mentions check stock in a link, I’m directed to a list with the ps5, two controllers and a game but ONLY the selection to pay in full, yet on the very same page in a yellow box reads ‘you can have this as an accessory on your account’

Still no ps5. I’m happy to pay more than £50 a month as I did with my contract. It’s a ps5 with 0% interest.

I can't even find ps5 console for sale? Got the camera ,controllers and games only even to buy today they don't have it only xbox

This is happening to me aswell I don’t no what to do I try phoning but can’t speak to no one! asked about mobile phone or broadband ect so annoying all I want is the ps5 grr can some one help me thanks

Went to the shop I can’t have one because I have to phones don’t no why they wouldn’t it’s extra 32 pounds a months so don’t no owell there missing out on money anyways
