trying to claim Samsung Chromebook 4

So I have just started my contract and come to claim my free Samsung Chromebook 4.

the claim site says I need an invoice number, which I do not have, and I also need to tell them where i bought the phone, I got it from the EE store in my town and not only does that show up on the list, there isn't a option for just EE.

anyone able to help?

EE are listed. For a receipt you need to speak to the store or call EE on 150.

If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to send you a proof of purchase by email which will have all of the information you need.

You need you order number imei number proof of purchase all you need is in the delivery order form

It's your immigration number and order number they need and photo of delivery note

It's so easy to get the chromebook how all you need is order number imei number and proof of purchase which there's all information on delivery notes

I used the order number from my paperwork and had an email saying my claim had been approved.
