Apple plus tv add on not working

I signed up to apple tv plus add on few weeks ago and all showing on my ee app that I have even when I text 150 it shows I have the addon until June 2023. Yet when I go to apple tv it doesn't work and says I need to subscribe. My phone is up to date and I have tried with WiFi on and off my phone and just using ee mobile data plus my phone is upto date

@Suzfedz86 On your iPhone go to settings>click your name at the top. Click subscriptions and at the bottom click EE plan benefits. You need to link your EE offer to you Apple account.

I don't have iPhone I have Samsung ultra s22.

Someone else figured it out on this thread and it works! EE sending out links that don't work.
