Why i can't apply for an xbox series X if i don't have an EE phone number .. really i don't get it 😳

To purchase an Xbox on EE you would need a pay monthly account.

You would need to have a pay monthly contract with either a pay monthly device plan.

Yes, but not a PAYG SIM. It needs to be a contract SIM.
