I’ve been gifted a discount code to use by a family member who works for EE, ive tried to apply this discount to many different phones and contracts but as they’re all apparently in a ‘deal’ I can’t use the discount as it is not valid?
What’s the point in the discount if it can’t be used?

You need to choose one that isn't discounted/part of another deal. Which phone are you looking at?

Could you post exactly what error message you get? A screenshot would be brilliant, but please make sure any sensitive information is obscured.
