Hi EE I got a Google pixel 7 on contract and the 14 days cooling period ends today.

My question is are you sending the activation link via text message only or text message and email at the same time ??

I haven't open the phone because it's for a Christmas present?

If you also send a email then all good but if only a text to that mobile how to do it ?

Please let me know.

I try to ring 03316305412 but they are keeping you on hold for hours!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡

The link is sent by text message to the lead number on your account 15-30 days after you originally ordered.

What date did you order? The offer ended on 24th November.
