Hi, recently upgraded to pixel 7 with prepaid card. There was a mix up with a refund and they refunded deposit twice .

So account had £30 owing, since then I paid the £30 . So all good. But seems to have messed up me receiving link for prepaid card. Spoken with customer services. Who gave me redeem team's details. But no one seems to have any answers. I still have no link, no card nothing had phone for over 14 days.

Customer for years, but not getting any help sorting it.

Hi @Minki.

It's usually between 15-30 days that you get the information to redeem the card.

Were the team you spoke to not able to help with this?

No they told me to ring claim team, but they don't seem to be able to help either...
