Trying to change password for EE perk but it won’t except the change

ive just purchased a EE sim only card which will be arriving any time soon but to receive my 20% discount because I’m a nurse you need a promotional code which they told me I get through EE perk . As it’s been a while since I’ve been a customer of yours my password won’t be accepted. I can get to the stage where it asks to changecmy password but when I fill in the page it keeps going back to the same page ? Please advise .
