Free ear buds with new z4 flip

It's been a few weeks since I had the new phone but I havnt received the ear buds I did go on the Samsung website to claim the buds at the same time as I received the phone. Is there a long wait to receive them.

Where you bought it from there was a note on the Features page:

Claim Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro worth £219

Purchase the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 and you’ll be able to claim a pair of the new Galaxy Buds2 Pro in Graphite from Samsung worth £219.

Simply head to the Samsung redemption site and follow the instructions to claim your pack.

If you have claimed for the offer, the FAQ's from Samsung advise:

You'll receive your Buds2 Pro (Graphite) within 45 days of your claim approval email to the address you provided on the claim form.

As soon as your reward has shipped, we'll send you an email to let you know. After this, please allow a few days for delivery.

You can check the progress of your claim at any time by visiting the Track My Claim page.

The above link says the claim is closed now. I bought my phone yesterday and the EE Team told me that i can claim the ear buds online.

Did you get your phone directly through EE?

The promotion above was for phones bought before the end of September.

Yes I bought the phone directly in EE 2 days ago. The promotion was displayed in the shop and the sales person mentioned it too.

This promotion is auto fulfilled, so you'll receive the buds within 30 days to your registered address.

You'll get a text before they arrive.
