EE Perks Codes not working

I've generated 5 codes on my EE Perk Portal and none of them are working. These codes have been generated recently and have not been used.

The error I am getting is 'Coupon is not applied due to invalid coupon code provided.'

I am trying to use this on a SIM only upgrade with NO discounts already applied to it (25GB 12 month plan for £23/month)

What do I have to do to make them work?
