Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.

@Lacramioara77 You can only purchase a contract watch if your an EE contract customer be that a full contract or sim only contract. That watch has to be linked to your account that has your phone on it in order for it to work to receive calls/texts.
