Still waiting for Xbox Game Pass text

Hi,

I have signed up for 1 Gb EE Full Fibre Broadband and this should include free Game Pass Ultimate for a year. It's been two weeks since the service was activated and I've still not received a text to set it up.

The message is usually sent 14 days after you receive the device. Has it been more than that?

If you've been waiting more than 14 days for this, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team and letting them know.

I just got my Xbox gaming bundle 24 month free pass do I have to wait 14 days for it? That’s sucks as I have to pay for a month before i gwt that 1 do I get a messsge with the code?

Yes, you get a message with a link on it to redeem after 14 days.

Ok why 14 days after as you still have to buy a months pass whilst you wait. Do you get an email or messsge

If you purchased the Xbox Gaming Bundle, you don't have to wait 14 days to activate your subscription. If you haven't received your text yet, please get in touch with Customer Care.

Hi. I'm now 6 weeks into my 500mb full fibre deal and still no text or email with my code for the 6 month xbox game pass which was part of the deal. Any advice on how long it takes or do I have to chase this myself?

Hi, I've upgraded my mobile contract and included the Xbox ultimate game pass as an included extra. I have activated it through a text message but have no idea how to activate it on my sons xbox. I didn't get a code or anything. all the links I click on in the messages I've received just tell me to install the gamepass app on my phone!!

Any ideas please

Hi Leanne

I called this number last Friday and was advised that this was a hiccup and that I'd be sent the text message within 72 hours and the enjoy using Game Pass.

It's now 6 days later and I've not had any texts, only a customer satisfaction one. Have checked my emails too, in case it was actually an email I'd be sent but nothing there eithet. Do I just keep calling back and hope I get somewhere?

This is frustrating.
