@lostradar If your not an EE contract customer you can not purchase from the add to plan store as you are expecting to pay for the item along with your mobile bill. To purchase these when you’re not an EE customer you need to go to a EE store and place that order there for them

Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.

You can however order these from any EE Store & if they don't stock them they will order them in from another store that does via their Sales Plus system.
