My partner has upgraded and was told they could generate and share a code to get 20% off monthly bill because they work for NHS. I have recently upgraded but did not know I had. To enter code at the time of purchase. Is this something that can added now. I only got phone 2 days ago.

The discount must be applied at the point of sale.

I would recommend giving us a call and speaking with our customer care team on 150.
