EE Perks password reset

Hello,

I am having trouble resetting my EE Perks password. I have requested a reset link to my work email address but this doesn't come through. I've checked my spam etc but it has not arrived. I have received a reset link to this email address before, but that one doesn't work.

Could someone please assist?

I'm also having problems logging onto ee perks. When I tap on forgotten password, I do not get the email
