Hi, I'm trying to get a ps5 on contract, where do I find it?as I logged on an tried to add it as an add on, but can't find it, can anyone explain how it's done, thanks

It's not on a contract.

It's an accessory.

When you login, go to the top, under "My Shop", hover over that, when the sub menu pops up, look for "Accessories" on the right hand side nearer the bottom.

I've seen the PS5 under Accessories but last I checked (2 days ago) it wasn't there as it wasn't in stock, quite often the PS5 will appear and disappear due to varying stock levels.

Do you already have a mobile phone contract with EE? You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.

@XRaySpeX I was always under the impression it was for PAYM customers only, but I'm sure a support member said you can get pay monthly accessories on sim only too?

If that's the case you wouldn't have an online MyEE account without being a customer as far as I understand. My account was only created when I signed up for EE sim only 2 and a half years ago, before moving to a pay monthly after 6 months.

@WS1995 : To buy an accessory (Add to Plan), either outright or over up to 11 months, you need to be within the 1st 17 months of a 24-month phone contract.

I have any no. of MyEE a/c's w/out having any mobile contracts. They are either PAYG, BB or product-less. As such I am not allowed to apply for any accessory for love or money.

Yeah you can buy extra stuff with sim only contract as I’m sim only contract and I bought the AirPods through add to plan. I’m currently on payment number 9 so only 2 more to go
