    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's been over a week and a half since I switched from Apple music to Bt sports and haven't had a chance to watch anything yet. Spent like 3 hours on the phone trying to sort this out by EE and BT and I feel like wasting my time. Even made a complaint, but all I had was more time on the phone, Can I have my apple music back please? Website states I have to wait another month to switch again? Anyone please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's pointless then.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes. Last time a person from EE tech support took all my data required to fill the form on bt.com/eesport, but they failed to go through, then told me to restart the phone and wait for a message. I did and the message asked me to go speak to BT. I think I know what happend - I&amp;nbsp; missed activation email hence it's not activated and BT doesn't know I have the service, but there should be some backup for situation like this. No one seem to know how to resolve this is why I asked to revert to Apple music ..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At some point I asked them to find the way to send another activation link, so swap back to apple m and then to bt again, but don't know why they havent tried that. they should know all the tricks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok so BT sport has been removed and then added again, that didn't trigger new activation email though so didn't make difference. I wasn't able to go through eesport as stopped receiving pin codes from BT . Now bt sport is removed from my account and apple music reinstated waiting to be activated, 24h they say. Pretty hopeless if I'm asked, at least they didn't ask if I wanted broadband this time...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
