Trying to cancel add-on

Trying to cancel the 10GB data add-on, I've tried calling but can't get through, tried twitter no response, tried looking on here and found I need to text 150 with STOP 10GB ADD-ON, but it doesn't work and sends me a whole paragraph of other phrases for stopping different things but not this add-on. Please help very annoyed and want to stop the costing of something I don't need

@Iscsooooo1 : Are you on contract or PAYG? The STOP 10GB ADD-ON applies only to contracts.
