Mastercard in time for xmas

I got offered the £300 Mastercard when upgrading to a s22+

What is the process for receiving this?

I only took the phone as it was a good offer, not my first choice of handset

The girl in store said I would receive a text after 5 days providing my account wasn't in debt.

I've heard nothing after 8 days

Any advice

Which store was this, was it an EE store?

Hi wonder if you can help Chris. I'm on day 15 and not heard anything from GVS prepaid Ltd about the £300 mastercard card.

The text will be after 15 days and can take up to 30 days, if you don't have a text within the next few days and would like to check everything is set up for the prepaid card, please call us on 150 and the team can get this looked into for you.
