Hey, I have a Totum Student Card promo code and it’s saying it’s not valid?
Tried a couple of different codes (they refresh every hour).
any ideas?

Which plan are you choosing, @jsharpy?

Have you read through the terms and conditions to make sure the plan is eligible?

I’ve just tried on 2 devices and 2 browsers. Still no joy.

This is the phone I’m trying to get. Have tried both sizes as one is a deal and might not be valid.

I'm having the exact same issue. I'm trying to purchase a SIM-only plan, and the terms & conditions indicate this should be included as long as it's not a promotional price, which it's not at the moment. Did you end up getting any help from TOTUM?
