When I get the text with the link on, how long does it take to get the card? The ear bugs I gir free last time was 45 days, is this the same? Was hoping to get it before christams

Once you get the link to claim the card, you must complete the registration process online. Once completed, you will be able to view the virtual card details as applicable and will be able to start spending with the card, online or over the phone, anywhere that Mastercard is accepted.

Hello I am thinking of upgrading to a Google pixel 6a from a 3a and claim the £200 prepaid MasterCard. If I upgrade tomorrow when will I receive my card? Why does it take 15 days to receive the card? What does the registration process entail?

So I get the text message fill in the details, do I get the card online straight away or do I have to wait for it to be processed? If I do have to wait how long does the processing take?

You have to wait until you receive the message after 15 days. You'll get a text message to claim the digital card, follow the link and register your details. You'll receive the digital pre-paid card within 48 hours of that.

They told us to wait till Friday as there is a delay in the card so if no card Friday to call back

My partner got the email to say we will receive headphones on Thursday this week so 18 days in total for the headphones hope this helps

We've called today they said it's been updated so 15-17 days as I'm on my 17th day they said I should receive a text if not to call customer services tomorrow
