struggling with BT ID activation

I need to activate my BT sports ID but the email address is wrong by one letter so can’t receive the email to activate it. i have the pin but can’t get past the email address problem! How do i correct it?

@Kyle_073 : Which email addy? Have you texted SPORT to 150 & did you receive & follow this link to BT Sport set up to set up your BT ID?

yeah i did all that the verification link they need to send me goes to the wrong email address and i can’t change it
