Can I claim the £300 gift card and the samsung ear buds?

Hi, I've just got the s22+ deal on 31st Oct. It stated there was 2 free gifts available - the £300 prepaid gift card and Samsung ear buds. Can I claim both?

EE rep didn't read the question...

I called customer services about this. Apparently you get a text message within 5 working days about the £300 prepaid card.

You're right, @Steve255807. My mistake.

The offer for the Buds2 ended and was replaced with the pre-paid card offer, @Jadeabbott1992.

I've fed this back asking for any reference to the old offer to be removed.

For the gift card, you'll receive a text message after 14 days. You can claim the Galaxy Buds2 here on the Samsung Promotions page.

Hi I ordered and got a s22+ from instore 24month contract, the guy said I will recieve 300pound gift voucher. But I can't see any confimation of this on my contract or on my app.

How do I confirm I'm getting it in 14days time

Welcome to the community.

Which two things are you saying that you purchased?

The promotion for a free pair of Buds2 headphones ended on 31 October 2022. The Pre-paid card offer started on 28 October and ends 24 November 2022.

So there was a crossover between 28 October and 31 October where eligible customers could claim both.

You should receive your redemption text very soon. I've checked in with our support team and they've advised that all eligible customers will receive the text 15-30 days after receiving their phone.
