I called customer service yesterday and they told me it took 5 working days? Is it 5 or 15?

Does anyone know how to claim or redeem the Prepaid Digital Card please? I ordered the Google Pixel 6a today and it is due to be delivered on Monday 7th November this year. I really don't want to miss out on this amazing offer so any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

You'll receive a text message to the main number on your account after you've had the contract for around 15 days. You can claim the offer then.

They not gonna give you a £300 voucher untill the 14 days right to return is over. Imagine I buy phone from EE get my voucher on second day and then cancel my contract as I’m entitled to do within 14 days. I’ve just made £300 and EE have lost £300 pound so it will defo be after 14 days

The card can be used for card-not-present transactions, such as, online or over the phone, at merchants who accept Mastercard.

You cannot use a virtual card to make payments instore.

I got a Google pixel 7 pro on 31st October and today was told by customer services and the upgrade team that you get it after 5 days and a text message will be sent to you to claim this. I have still not received this text and they are contacting me tomorrow to double check and sort it out for me

Hi James,

So how come I've been told now by 3 separate employees of EE from customer
services and upgrades that this is done after 5 days and I have spent the
best part of an afternoon today trying to get this sorted and now someone
calling me back tomorrow to resolve. Do any of the EE team know what they
are doing or selling customers? Obviously not.

I am not happy with this, I am mentally unwell at the moment and this was
going to help me start my Christmas shopping this week when I get taken to
Bristol for the day on Thursday as a treat to get me away from things but
now obviously this will have to be cancelled and my.mental health will
suffer as a direct impact.
