Trouble claiming google Watch

hi, i've recently upgraded to the pixel 7 pro on one of my lines. I am trying to complete the form to claim the free watch, but it won't open the 'upload' screen to attach my order form. If i click on 'upload' nothing happens. I've tried closing and reopening the form and it's still the same. I've also tried to move forward but it won't let you go any further without uploading the picture. Any help would be appreciated, many thanks, stuart

Ensure that you're selecting images that are actually downloaded to your phone's own gallery. By default it moreoften points toward your Google images cloud as the primary source.

Thank for your reply…it won’t even open the box to select where to upload
the image from, it just doesn’t respond when pressed…I’m gonna have a go on
my wife’s laptop after using a different browser..perhaps it just doesn’t
like safari --
