Hi I'm on here but it's still saying I need to be a member to get to the next stage of financing a ps5? Any ideas?

@dancolbourne96 To purchase from the add to plan store you need to be a contract customer and be within the first 17 months of that contract. The add to plan store is a place for EE customers to purchase items over 11 months with this added to the tariff bill. That’s why it’s called the “Add to plan store”

Do you have a mobile contract with EE, either phone or sim only?

PS5 is an add-on and counts as an accessory and can only be ordered if on a mobile contract and not pay as you go.
