Hi, I recently upgraded my phone and got BT Sport included as a smart benefit. My account states that I have taken it but have not yet taken it.

How do I register for the BT Sport without a BT telephone line?

Any assistance would be appreciated

Thanks for coming here.

You won't need a BT landline; you will need to set up a BT ID during the registration.

Hi Leanne,

Many thanks for the information, unfortunately I have attempted it but BT
gave me my BT username as XXXXXXXXXXXXXX and my actual email
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

Which as a result I'm unable to verify my email address.

Is this something that could be looked into?
