BT Sport Large Screen not working - android TV no longer supported

Hi I recently added BT Sport Large Screen which is great and worked just fine to my 2 Sony android TV’s. However after a month I now get a message saying BT no longer support casting to android TV and I have to download the BT Sport app from Play Store. However I cannot open the app because I don’t have a login, I suspect this is BT not communicating across the company and basically have missed the EE customers using the large screen add on. I hope I’m wrong - has anyone found a way to either login to BT Sport App using EE credentials or any other workaround? Or should I just cancel add on ?

Welcome to the community.

I would recommend speaking to our technical support team. They have access to BT Sport systems to find out why this has stopped working for you.
