Free gift and Cash back

Hi just upgraded to 'Oppo find 5x' which has a free £250 prepaid card. My understanding is this is redeemed by text 14 days after contract starts.

Anyway now for the question I recieved a text today saying I could claim £100 cashback through Oppo for the device. Only to read the OPPO TC's and it states can't be used in conjunction with any free gift offer.

Does this mean if I claim the cash back I lose my right to the £250 prepaid card offer? Or is OPPO referring to its own promotional products and not that of EE. See image point 7

The digital pre-paid card offer is fulfilled by EE, rather than Oppo so you can also claim the Oppo offer.

It's been 15 days since I got my contract phone, Paid the 1st bill and still no gift card, I've been sent 2 sms messages saying I'm eligible but not the text for the card. I was told 14 days in store its now an extra day and still nothing....

Why does the store lie just take sales?

It's not a lie, it's around 14 days. Just so happens that time fell at the weekend. You will receive a text within the next couple of days.

I have received the exact same as you, 2 messages from ee saying eligible.

The small print says around 14 days not dead on 14 days so don't stress as all will come good 👍

Texts are sent out after you've had your phone for 15 days, so you should receive it very soon.

Hi I've just got off the phone regarding my £250 pre paid card offer, and I've been told it's been declined, due to me having credit in-store ? When I got the phone it was £50 upfront I said ok, he said hold on and spoke to staff member, came back said as it's end of the month we will do it for £20 save you £30. I said ok thanks. I said I still get this offer? Yes he said you will receive a message and email within around 5 days then email at about 14 days had nothing, hense the calls to the ee. Now saying as it was in store it's not illegible as it's only online that you get this free gift? Why do they say in store your going to get it and posters around the shop advertising the offer. I'm going into store tomorrow as this is not acceptable. Can you help.
