Hi All,

Just completed a phone upgrade and took the option to Trade in my old hanset. Im not sure how i go about returning the old handset. Will EE send me a pre paid envelope, or do i need to return it at my cost? If so to what adress?

@kjh2 you’ll be send a return package to put the phone in, Don’t forget to factory, reset that phone and remove it from whatever account you have it linked too be that a apple account or google account.
