      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Hello, I am on holiday in Mexico and have activated the roaming further add on. On arrival to Mexico, I had a welcome text from ee welcoming me and saying that I can use my data and plan as I would in the UK. I then revived a subsequent text from ee saying I would be charged £2.05 a minute for calls (receive and send). What applies here? I feel like I have sold a useless add on&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
