Samsung A33 upgrade

I’ve just upgraded from an iPhone to a Samsung A33 5g phone, I ordered it on the 24th October and it had an offer of claiming a case and smart tag which has now disappeared off the website as I believe it maybe ended on the 25th. Has anyone actually managed to claim these as it wasn’t sent and no information on them either?

The only similar offer I can see if for a Smart Tag and charger when ordering a Samsung Galaxy A33 handset. This offer ran between 29 July 2022 - 01 September 2022.

It may be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can look into this for you.

Thank you christopher_G for your response. I’ve done some research and seen I have to claim direct with Samsung, it is on their website, the A33 5g bought through EE to claim smart tag (4pk) and smart clear view cover of the phone purchased before the 25th October 2022. I have submitted my claim directly with them. 😁 thank you
