BT Sport Big Screen Not Working

Hi, we have purchased the big screen add on to go with the BT sport smart benefit, and it will not work. The option to cast wont show up, cant log into BT on our smart TVs, and will not work on PlayStation.

Help?

Are both of your devices connected to the same WiFi network when you're trying to cast?

Are you given any error messages?

Both devices are connected to the same internet, but the cast icon does not show up on BT while watching something. There are no error messages.

Yes, it shows that we are paying for the big screen add on, but we cannot use it.

Since you can't cast or use it on the PlayStation, it sounds like an issue with the add-on.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account.
