NHS Discount - New contract. (All codes rejected by ee website?)

Hi all,
EE Website error = "Sorry, that voucher’s not valid,"
I am trying to use a NHS discount code on the ee website.
The code itself has literally just been generated on the ee perks website?
This is for a brand new contract with ee (never been with the network before) and its a new iPhone.
Attached screencaps shows directly the error shown & the code sourcing.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?? Its most bizarre that a code generated on your systems is then rejected at the point of use...?!

Welcome to the community. 🙂

As far as I can see, that plan is valid for the Perk promotion. Could you try manually typing in the code please?

Also, please try a different browser and disconnect from any VPN services, as that can affect the codes being recognised.

Tried both those options. I switched over to Firefox.

No joy on Firefox. Same message.

Flipped on & off my Surfshark VPN connection to a London server. Again, nada.

Truly not sure what else to try here?? Its super weird that a genuine code generated on EE own systems would not work on the retail ePoS website...?!

Any other suggestions ( at all!) are welcome & warmly appreciated.

Could you try with then VPN disconnected completely, @The1dude?
