Hi, I tried to log into me EE perks account today but it's days my account is deactivated. How do I get my account reactivated?

Hi,

I was able to login to my Ee perks account via the portal the other day. However now it says my login is invalid and I have tried requesting password reset but it never turns up. I have checked my spam folder and still nothing. How to do I reset this please?

Thanks Chris, but when I look in my messgaes there is nothing there, it says
