Perk codes

Hi I have been trying to access my perk codes but it won't let me in to my account, I have tried reset password word but get no email through in order for me to do this? I see from the forum that this seems to happen a lot!! can you please help me solve this problem

Hi earlier today I messaged about not being able to access my account for perk codes as it would not let me do it,I spoke on line to Jon who asked me to send my email address and phone number etc,so he could reset my password word,but I could not reply to the email he sent as it was a no reply email? Would it be possible for you either to see if he could send me an email that I can send all the information that is required to reset password?Or is it possible for you to do this for me?
