i am trying to register for ee perks with my blue light card but it hasn’t accepted a photo of my card even though it’s a sceeenshot from my BLC app.

What message are you getting? Are you being given a reason why it hasn't been accepted?

hi this is the reply I received. I submitted my actual blue light card (screenshot from the app).

Thanks for giving us your ID card. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to use this one as we’ve been unable to identify the details in the image. The following supporting information has been provided by the team:

" Please refer to Blue Light Discount terms for adding EE Perk "

If you still want to register an account, you’ll need to log in to the EE Perk Portal again and upload a new, clearer ID card
