&lt;P&gt;I would suggest ringing customer service and speaking to them, but I suspect that you will be able to add the perk, as you need to do this either when you first register or when you upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>EE PERK ACCOUNT</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I tried to sign up to EE perks with my email but it said I already had an account. I clicked reset password and indeed an email to help me reset came through. When I hit the link to reset it won’t allow me to process a reset. I can only assume my account is deactivated. I went on the live chat and the agent said they couldn’t find my account…. But equally I must have one as it won’t let me register a new account! So they gave me an email address to send this on to for help but the email address is returning to me saying it’s undeliverable!! Help!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
