I clicked reset password and indeed an email to help me reset came through. When I hit the link to reset it won’t allow me to process a reset. I can only assume my account is deactivated. I went on the live chat and the agent said they couldn’t find my account…. But equally I must have one as it won’t let me register a new account! So they gave me an email address to send this on to for help but the email address is returning to me saying it’s undeliverable!!
