Netflix smart benefit

I want to add netflix as my smart benefit for my upgrade but it's the only one not coming up as an option on the smart benefits list.

Is it available on Google Pixel phones?

I've found the deal I want. When I go through to checkout Netflix is not listed in the smart benefits. 2 of your colleagues have explained to me that it should be there and I've told them multiple times it isn't.

If I just go ahead and upgrade will I be able to add Netflix later? I don't want to get all the way through and discover it isn't available on that upgrade plan.

Go onto your My EE account and head to the inclusive extras and add-ons section. You should be able to add it there.

I was told in the shop that I could add Netflix as an inclusive add-on when I completed my upgrade this morning but I can't see it listed. There's stuff like BT Sport and Apple TV etc. but not Netflix. I had it before so where do I find it now please?
